Confussed about the post title. Yes, this is true that some very nice stories are written by true people and they are true stories and no one can say their are false stories. But the content they have written and the characters used in these stories are those which never ever exist in the universe.
Examples of these are some hollywood movies who use aliens who come from different part of the world. They just do this only for earning huge money selling the things which never exists.
